LCHS MPA Gift Card Program

Introducing a new way to help raise funds for the LCHS Music Program at NO COST to you

This is a WIN/WIN/WIN system: Our Program wins, your student wins and you don't spend any extra money:

Simply use gift cards from participating retailers that you purchase through our program. It doesn't cost you any more money than if you had purchased the cards at your local grocery store or directly at the retailer. But, we get the cards at a discount (generally 4%-10%). The MPA keeps the difference (split 50/50 between the general MPA account and the student's account). Your student can use the money in his/her account toward music program activities and fees.

 You can use these cards for everyday items at the grocery store, gas station, even iTunes and Starbucks. And, you can order a supply to keep on hand for gifts throughout the year.

 Here's what you do:

  1. Read the  flyer for more information.
  2. Print the attached order form.
  3. Complete the order form and bring it along with a check to the music parents meetings. (Be sure to keep a copy for your records.) If you want to order online using ShopWithScrip.com, you will need to click on the link to "Presto Pay" to enter your checking account information.  When prompted, enter our enrollment code for the LCHS MPA account:  DE913D2129312.
  4. When you order online, the amount you order is deducted directly from your checking account. There is a $0.39 processing fee per transaction -- less than the cost of a stamp it would take to send a form to us!

Gather orders from family and friends. Include them on your order form so that your student gets the credit for those sales.

We are asking each family to please order at least one card. Try it, you might like it! The music department is relying on this fundraiser to meet our budget for the coming year.

UPDATE:

Our first (of many) gift card fundraiser went very well. We had 50 music students' families participate in the program.

 To those 50 families who placed orders, thank you! Because of your efforts, we sold 1,580 cards and raised over $2,300 to be split between the MPA and your student accounts! One family got orders from family and friends, and that student's account will be credited with over $220 just from this one time!
