Video Playback Suggestions

Trouble viewing video, green screen or no screen? Most video on this site is encoded with the latest H.264 Codec which creates high quality video with a smaller file size. This compression technique is only supported by the Quicktime player which is a free download for PCs and Macs. Please get the latest version of Quicktime here and see if that fixes the problem.

If after downloading the latest software, you still have a problem such as slow startup or a halting player, your internet connection may be slower than anticipated (minimum 800kbs). In this case, you may download the video before watching by right- or ctrl-clicking on the link. Once the file is dowloaded, it can be double-clicked and played without delays. (Unless your PC or Mac is an early version with a key in the back to wind it up.)

Warning Mac users. Some video is in .wmv (Windows Media Video) format. If it doesn't play, you need to install the Windows player. You may download the free player from Microsoft at this location.
