Monday, 8/7
- 8-10am – 12th Grade Registration
- 10:30am-12:30pm – 11th Grade Registration
- 1-3pm – 10th & 9th Grade Registration (9th is for Band/Color Guard Freshman only)
- 4-8pm – Workshops
- ** Note to 10th & 9th Graders: Please arrive for Registration at 12:30pm to get your spot in line. Special arrangements have been made for Freshmen to register on this day. All Band/Color Guard Freshman must attend registration at this time! Please be prepared to wait, don’t ben anxious. You will be registered on Monday. Patience is important. If you miss your registration time, you must wait until the first day of school to register.
Tuesday, 8/8
- 8am-12pm – 9th Grade Orientation
- 10am – Load Truck
- 11:15am – Load Bus
- 11:45am – Shuttle driver, bus riders, and truck driver meet in front of the high school by the North Gym.
- 12pm – Depart for Band Camp
- **Note to 9th Graders: We will depart for Band Camp immediately following orientation. Bring all your luggage and items for camp to the band room prior to Orientation. The band room will be open from 7:30-8:15am for drop-off.
- **Note to 10th-12th Graders: Please arrive and be ready to load the truck at 10am.
Wednesday, 8/9 – Thursday, 8/10
- ALL DAY and NIGHT – Band Camp – Work hard and enjoy!
Friday, 8/11
- 1:15pm – Shuttle driver, bus riders, and truck driver meet in front of the High School by the North Gym for departure to Cal Poly
- 2:30pm – Depart Band Camp
- 4pm – Arrive back at High School
- 5pm – Family BBQ in front of the North Gym
- 6pm – Preview Show
