- 3pm: Depart LCHS
- 4pm: Arrive at Don Lugo High School
- 5pm: Begin Warm-up
- 6:05pm: Full Ensemble
- 6:35pm: Pit departs
- 6:50pm: Pit at Gate
- 6:35pm: Plume, gauntlet, tune
- 7pm: Band departs
- 7:10pm: Band at Gate
- 7:28pm: Performance time
- 7:45pm: Change, load truck, watch performances
- 9:25pm: Awards
- 10:15pm: Depart Don Lugo High School
- 11:15pm: Arrive at LCHS, unload truck, hang uniforms
- 11:45pm: Dismissal
